That’s why at Masters or Bachelors levels some universities have vocational degrees that insist on the professional skills you have to develop in the field you have chosen. That’s why apprenticeships and personalized kearning, and even credit-by-exam plans. Some educational institutions insist on working in a business three weeks and intense studying one week each month, the two being connected, working in the field you are studying in. If it were only a degree, that would be simple. But it is competence(s) and skills. What are they at a top technical or business level?
