That’s the flaw in Elon Musk’s approach: he is in a way afraid and paranoid (of and with what he is developing himself).

He does not capture the fact AI is a tool and like all tools we have to determine the target, the objective, the method to deal with that perspective and the device we have to invent.

There is absolutely no connection with WW3 because this WW3 will come from derailed and insane HUMAN intelligence that will be blocked by some a priori consideration that is not intelligent but purely carried by undebated ideas coming from the past.

You know the idea most people accept: know the past to plan or forecast the future.

AI requires a clear break with the limited past and a reinvestment in the creative potential of humanity, not its restraining and constraining heritage or plainly inhibiting memorial ideology.
