That’s poets here who are concerned. You should see what it is in music. It is not enough to put the name of teh author under the “borrowed” work that becomes “quoted.” The “borrower” or “quoter” has to have the authorization of the author to do so. The only way to do without the permission is “fair use” and in the case you describe fair use is just out of reach.

Then it is typical misappropriation, what’s more covered up by the anonymity of the misappropriation. That’s the kind of things that should be severely condemned and rejected.
