That kind of a priori position is clearly biased from the start (some would say racist like eating pizza with chopsticks). It is not Tencent, Alibaba, and Baidu that manipulated the Brexit referendum, that manipulated the US elections in 2016. It is not even the Russians who could have done nothing, no matter what they did, if Facebook, Twitter, Google, and a few others did not exist. If we want to speak of AI in our countries we have to forget and reject considering China, or Mongolia, or India, or Africa, or even Russia. Where is the danger IN OUR COUNTRIES THEMSELVES?
