I have brought together in this short document my research activities over the last two or three years. I added some pictures that might inspire some people to visit the places where they come from. The first two are from Livradois Forez and the last two are, as all of you must know, from Montmartre, Paris, France, you know that big butte in Paris on which the Catholic fundamentalists of teh 19th century have built that ughly Sacré Coeur that has become the acme of touristic activities, though Johnny Halliday did prefer La Madeleine.

Dr Jacques COULARDEAU (Bordeaux, 1945)

ENGLISH — He was educated at University Michel de Montaigne Bordeaux III, University of California at Davis California, and University Charles de Gaulle Lille III in general structural linguistics, phylogenic linguistics and Germanic linguistics. He was a visiting lecturer in UC Davis, U. Bordeaux III, U. Lille III, Buddhist Center at Pidurangala Sri Lanka, U. Perpignan at Mende, U. Paris II Panthéon Assas, U. Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, U. Paris Dauphine, U. Versailles Saint Quentin en Yvelines at Mantes la Jolie, U. Paris VIII Vincennes Saint Denis. He holds two PhD in Germanic linguistics and in Didactics of Foreign Languages.

His research has been essentially in linguistics, in English and American literature and arts, in drama, opera and cinema. In 2003 he entered the field of Buddhism and Pāli linguistics and went back to phylogenic linguistics with his present research on the Language of Cro-Magnon and the relations between the phylogeny of language, the migrations of Homo Sapiens out of Africa and the classification of languages.

He is often working with younger assistants for various projects, among others Paula Osorio from Venezuela and Ivan Eve from Paris Sorbonne. He has taken part and presented contributions in many international conferences in Europe and Northern America. He is vastly published in the USA, in Europe, in New Zealand and on the Internet as a researcher, a reviewer on the various Amazon sites, a research and literary author at Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing and as an independent researcher at His main blog is

FRANÇAIS — Etudes universitaires à l’Université Michel Montaigne de Bordeaux, l’Université de Californie à Davis, et l’Université Charles de Gaulle de Lille en linguistique structurale, linguistique phylogénique et linguistique germanique. Il enseigna dans les universités de Californie Davis, Michel Montaigne Bordeaux, de Perpignan à Mende, de Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, de Paris II Panthéon Assas, Paris VIII Vincennes Saint Denis, Paris (IX) Dauphine, Paris Est Créteil Val de Marne, Versailles Saint Quentin en Yvelines à Mantes-la-Jolie, ainsi qu’au Centre Bouddhiste de Pidurangala, Sri Lanka. De 2003 à 2016 il enseigna l’anglais des techniciens de paie et des ressources humaines pour Synopsis-Paie de l’Ordre National des Experts Comptables.

Il détient deux Doctorat en linguistique germanique et en didactique des langues étrangères.

Ses recherches portent principalement sur la linguistique, la littérature et les arts anglais et américains, le théâtre, l’opéra et le cinéma. Dès 2003 il revint fortement sur la phylogénie du langage, les migrations d’Homo Sapiens hors d’Afrique Noire (concept phylogénique original), la classification des langues en fonction de trois articulations. En 2005 il entra dans le domaine des études bouddhistes et du pali. Il n’a jamais cessé de travailler sur la psychogenèse du langage et des langues.

De 2009 à 2017 il a travaillé avec de jeunes assistants de Paris Sorbonne, Ivan Eve dans le domaine de la phylogénie et de la psychogenèse du langage, ainsi que la géopolitique de l’Océan Indien, et Paula Osorio dans le domaine des études historiques amérindienne et afro-américaines.
