People do not understand that time is not natural but a human invention. In nature, for all animals and plants, even stones and minerals, the only dimension is duration. That implies all you say is right if we consider man is not only a body and its five bodily sensorial outlets but also a mind as the sixth sense of this organism I am. Then mental meditation and concentration and one-task at a time in the most intense way possible is the only solution to be human, and yet we have to keep in mind that every instant of duration will die into another as soon as it starts or nearly.
That’s why we have to concentrate our attention, develop our meditation, multiply our dedication to being in every instant of our becoming that will be directed by the intensity of this being, of these successive instances of being that will knit our becoming into a fabric of mental depth.
