Just use the method doctors use in France with alcoholics and drug addicts. Instead of looking for the cause of your craving for wine, and there is always a cause behind someone’s craving for anything, just use a substitute matter and instead of wine move to chewing gum, sweetened water, coca cola, or whatever that is not alcoholic. You will still be craving for something, you will still be addicted to a habit you cannot break, but it will not be alcoholic, at least till you fall again for it, as most French alcoholics do.
