After spending five sessions of discussion of this book, two chapters at a time after the introduction with the CEO of a medical start-up who is a doctor in pharmacy, it is difficult to have a very simple and maybe clear view of the book because we have to implement the culture map the author suggests to the book itself.

A book targets an audience, and it is adapted in style with that audience, and at this level, the book is extremely good. She targets an audience that speaks English fluently. Her audience is professional in the fields of business company-managing and negotiations. Each chapter starts with anecdotes and concrete experiential data, cases of misunderstanding, and relational problems in various companies that she traces to particular cultural differences between or among the people concerned. Then from these multifarious cases and data, she identifies the cultural problem or problems, identified by the way from the very start since each chapter is dedicated to one of the eight cultural scales she…
