What you say is plain unfair for all ethnic groups, or national groups, or sexes and genders. Read the reports on diversity of businesses like Microsoft, Macintosh or Apple, and all other big businesses. They all claim that diversity is the main key to their success. To create and support diversity around you in any situation, particularly in the economy is seen today by big businesses — and mind you by courts when solicited — as the most important element in competence. The lack of diversity is at times leveled at the Silicon Valley, and that is perfectly correct.
