Are two men kissing in a public place a crime because it is not private? Is ordering a wedding cake for two men marryting next week a crime since it is no longer private?
The reference to privacy is in itself an argument AGAINST HUMAN RIGHTS. It is even used by many against public Muslimp worship in France and some other European countries. Religion has to remain private, as long as it is not the Christian religion: No kippas for Jews, no prayer rooms for Muslims, etc.
